These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", or "User") and on5t ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of all products, services, games, and features available at on5t.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the on5t platform, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the on5t platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, and guidelines relating to individual games, promotions, and features that may be published separately on the on5t platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rule expressly states otherwise.

To register and use on5t, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. on5t maintains a strict minimum age policy and will verify age through KYC documentation where required.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an on5t employee or partner.
• You must not have been previously excluded from on5t or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion or forced-exclusion arrangement.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

on5t reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across those accounts may be voided without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your on5t account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

on5t will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from on5t requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify on5t immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

on5t accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any wagers placed through your account — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — are your responsibility unless you reported a security breach prior to those wagers being placed.

on5t processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. on5t does not apply currency conversion charges; the amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your gaming balance.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your on5t account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. on5t is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks before processing. on5t reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before authorising any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the platform at the time of the request and may be updated periodically.

on5t reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, on5t will notify the member and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

All deposits made to on5t must originate from funds that lawfully belong to you. on5t complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

on5t offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, PSL season promotions, and Eid and Independence Day campaigns. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain unused after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different games may contribute differently towards satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at different rates to slots. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be claimed by members acting in concert with others to gain a systematic advantage.

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood its rules. on5t accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Sports betting odds on on5t — including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, and UFC markets — are set by on5t and are subject to change at any time prior to the relevant event. Bets accepted at a particular price are binding at that price unless the bet was placed in error due to a manifest technical fault.

on5t reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to particular games or markets, or apply individual betting limits to any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the on5t platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement:

• Registering or using more than one account (whether in your own name or another person's name).
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider trading in relation to sporting events offered on on5t.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with on5t's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing on5t staff, support agents, or other members in any communication channel.

on5t monitors all account activity using automated and manual fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed and may be restricted pending investigation. on5t's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to the complaints process set out in Section 14.

on5t is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all members seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all on5t members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.

All content on the on5t platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of on5t or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the on5t platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the on5t platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on on5t content.
• Use on5t's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by on5t.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of on5t's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action. on5t reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, on5t's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

on5t shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, technical failures, or force majeure events.

on5t does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to and use of on5t is at your own risk. on5t makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

on5t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on on5t, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by on5t is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications. on5t does not sell your personal data to third parties.

on5t may share personal data with third-party service providers (such as payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios) where necessary to deliver the platform's services. All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

You have the right to request access to the personal data on5t holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address set out in Section 14.

on5t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, on5t will notify registered members by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the on5t platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

The date at which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. For the avoidance of doubt, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of any particular transaction, wager, or account activity shall govern that activity.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which on5t is incorporated and licensed to operate. on5t operates as an international platform serving players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and on5t in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through on5t's customer support and complaints process (see Section 14). Both parties agree to act in good faith during this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of the complaint being formally submitted, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body as specified by on5t's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
